London Fashion Week 2023

London Fashion Week (or LFW) is where the most preeminent fashion designers in the UK and the world gather to showcase their new designs. After a few years of cancelled events, London Fashion Week is back in 2023.

It has been running since 1983 twice a year in the UK capital hosted by the British Fashion Council. LFW features menswear, womenswear and gender-neutral clothing designs for the following year. It is a must-attend event for new or coveted fashion designers and retailers hoping to spot the next fashion trend.

So Many strong vibes and trends this year as always, and its exciting to see how they transform them ready for high street this Spring/Summer.

Its amazing to see each designer and their creative designs as they walk down that catwalk…it literally sends shivers down my spine,

Its exciting it see all of the different colours, fabrics and styles we have talked through over the last few months transform into visual images. Super excited to get my hands on some of these items and fabrics over the next few weeks as they come into store.

Now I know it isn’t just me…….I love a little nose on what is worn on LFW by the guests……..

Lots of soft suiting, eye catching handbags, romantic maxi dresses, fringing , metallic and bright colours. Strong and bold was very present but also understated and denim had a big present.

I just love to see how people use clothes to express their creative personalities. But also don’t lose sleep if strong and loud isn’t your bag. A classic double denim is still suffice to stay on trend.
