Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposit Policy A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure each appointment. For example, if booking both a Wardrobe Edit and a Personal Shopping session, a separate deposit is required for each service. The deposit will be applied to the final balance of its corresponding appointment and is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
Payment Policy The remaining balance of your appointment after the deposit must be paid at least 72 hours before your session. All payments are via bank transfer and click able payment account links provided on your invoice. If payment is not received in time, your appointment will be cancelled, your deposit forfeited.
Appointment Pricing Are stated on my website and provided in my invoice provided.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers must be paid in full upon purchase.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of purchasing.
Travel Charges
Mileage Where travel by car is feasible, a mileage charge of £0.40 per mile will apply. Mileage is calculated using Google Maps (based on the round-trip distance from my home address to the appointment location). This charge will be included in the invoice issued prior to the appointment.
Full Day Rate For appointments where the total commitment, including the session and round-trip travel, is expected to exceed seven hours, a full-day rate will apply. This will be quoted and agreed upon during the booking process
Congestion & Emission Charges Any applicable Congestion Charge or Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) fees will be added to the final invoice in full.
International Appointments For appointments taking place outside of the United Kingdom, all travel-related expenses including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, and any other reasonable or necessary costs must be covered in full by the client. These will be agreed in advance and invoiced accordingly.
Weekend & Location Fees
Saturday appointments incur a 10% surcharge.
Sunday appointments are not available.
Cancellation & Rescheduling PolicyI understand that plans can change. You may reschedule an
appointment up to two times (with appropriate notice). Further rescheduling will require a new
deposit.
Notice Given – More than 5 days:Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment booked within 12 months. No cancellation fee applies.
Notice Given – Less than 5 days:A cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost is payable, and the original deposit is forfeited.
Notice Given – Less than 24 hours:A cancellation fee of 100% of the session cost is payable, and the original deposit is forfeited.
Stylist CancellationsIn the rare event I must cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, I will
offer you the choice of a full refund of your deposit or rescheduling the session with a 10% discount
Late ArrivalsIf you are late to your appointment, the session will continue for the remaining time only. For example, a 30-minute delay in a 180-minute session means 90 minutes of your appointment remaining, unless I’m able to extend which is priced at my hourly rate of £100. In the rare event I am late to an appointment due to travel disruptions or unforeseen circumstances, I will always carry out the appointment for the full duration of the booking without charge.
Health & SafetyYou are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and respectful environment for in-home services. I reserve the right to cancel a session without refund if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate. I am not liable for any delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by external health and safety issues beyond their control, including but not limited to fire alarms, building evacuations, or unsafe site conditions. In such circumstances, the client remains responsible for the full booking fee. Any rescheduling due to these disruptions will be subject to availability.
Client Responsibilities To ensure the most effective and tailored experience, clients are expected to provide the following information in advance of their appointment:

Specific wardrobe requirements
Budget parameters This information will be reviewed during your style consultation or wardrobe assessment. Clear and timely communication enables us to deliver a high-quality, personalised service.
Photos & Social MediaWith your prior written consent, I may ask to share before/after images to showcase styling results on my social media platforms. Your privacy is always respected, and nothing will be shared without your approval.
Retail RelationshipsI am an independent stylist and do not receive commission from stores unless stated. Recommendations are made based solely on your preferences, needs, and budget. I am not responsible for: – Store policies – Product availability or quality – Refunds or exchanges All purchases are agreements between you and the retailer.
Response Time PolicyI strive to respond to all client inquiries within 48 working hours. If we are out of the office, our automated email or WhatsApp message will inform you of any expected delays.
Agreement to Terms
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Proceeding with a booking constitutes acceptance of all terms outlined herein.
